Migrating all adopted addons from TravisCI to GitHub Actions was discussed and agreed on here: https://github.com/adopted-ember-addons/program-guidelines/pull/17

The migration was done by running create-github-actions-setup-for-ember-addon. Please find more information about the tool in this blog post.
