chore(readme): update TOC #380

This PR updates the TOC with the latest entries and move it at the beginning of the document in order to generate it more easily in the future without an idomatic entry "Table of Contents".

If you use VSCode you can install https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=yzhang.markdown-all-in-one and edit the setting in order to generate TOC automatically at save from the level 2 to 6:
