update dockerfile and add build script #2

I have a number of things commented out in the dockerfile for now because I'm not sure they'll be used.

I'll need to try some of the stuff at work and see if it helps like the other shit I've found, because if it doesn't then I don't want to include it, even if it is neutral.

I think I'll update the script to take options for which images to build instead of just building them all.
