Fatal error detected by the Java Runtime Environment #974

Please provide a brief summary of the bug

I use a software called Open LCA which utilizes Java to run. Recently, every time I try to do a calculation using Open LCA, it crashes and I get a text file in the Open LCA folder providing information on the error. In the text file, it shows the following text

No core dump will be written. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows

The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.

What can I do in this case

Please provide steps to reproduce where possible

I expected for the software to run and to provide calculations

Actual Results

The software crashed instead and gave a text file

It was automatically installed with the Open LCA software.

Please upgrade to 17.0.9 and report back here with a new crash log.

@swavyast You'll want to report this to the Eclipse IDE project. Its their internal JDT compiler crashing.
