The correct link from:

https://github.com/adoptium/jmc-build/releases

Is: https://github.com/adoptium/jmc-build/releases/download/9.0.0-SNAPSHOT/org.openjdk.jmc-linux.gtk.x86_64.tar.gz

Also JMC 9.0.0 is available: https://github.com/adoptium/jmc-build/releases/tag/9.0.0

So maybe we update it all together.
