Update JMC download links with latest major version 9.0.0 #2744

JMC 9.0.0 GA tag was made on 2024-03-22 (see https://github.com/openjdk/jmc/tags)

Builds are now available from the jmc-build repository (https://github.com/adoptium/jmc-build/releases/tag/9.0.0)

Let's update the download links on https://adoptium.net/jmc/ with this new version.
