Add whitespace change to invalidate dockerhub cache #518

This is a tactical fix and there is no guarantee it will be accepted as an attempt to force a rebuild of our Alpine images to update libexpat for a security fix. It will get overwritten on the next quarterly release, which is good because I don't want to keep this odd looking whitespace. Only a subset of the JREs have NOT been update here due to https://github.com/adoptium/containers/pull/505 which be included and take effect immediately if we manage to push this live.
