Move repository to Adoptium

We should move the repository to https://github.com/adoptium and create a second one for the java based services to render the HTML output of the documentation.

Should be a project for the Adoptium incubator? Adding @smlambert :)

I do not think it needs to be inside the incubator project. It is likely we can just create an additional repository called doc-services or documentation-services or some better name, that will be added to the list of repos in the top-level adoptium project (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/adoptium/developer). Alternatively, does it make any sense to just add the services to the website repo - https://github.com/adoptium/adoptium.net ?

@smlambert The website repo is a JS based repo and the deployment is different to what you would be done with a Java based service. Therefore I would not mix that. I would like to have a documentation-services repo :)

Looks like https://github.com/adoptium/documentation has been created instead of migrating this repo.

Yes, I believe you can now follow the instructions to populate that new repo with the contents of this one...

@smlambert ah ok, so Eclipse is not doing a migration of the commits. Maybe it is better to do a PR? By doing so it is checked that all commiters have a working eclipse account?
