Release process to be modified for testenv_arm32.properties #3799

testenv_arm32.properties in the aqa-tests branch needs to be updated to point at the right place once the GA tags for that release are in place (they are date stamped so can't be predicted in advance ...)

@smlambert Hi Shelley! Is the testenv file automatically populated now so that this issue isn't needed?

The scripts are created (re: https://github.com/adoptium/github-release-scripts/issues/151), but not quite hooked into our flow (a couple of bugs still present), so still a manual step.
