To help clarify the details and functionality of this feature, it will be helpful to create a summary of the workflow and a high-level diagram of this, including how generation relates to Temurin releases.

Currently, work is actively happening in https://github.com/Scanteianu/openjdk-cve-parser/ and there is a line of discussion in a secure-dev Slack thread.
