Unable to create full movelist for Sword Saint #15

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use LionEditor to turn Ramza into a class with more than six moves (in
my example, I turned him into a Sword Saint, which has 11)
2. Go into battle with Ramza
3. Out of the 11 moves, only 6 are useable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For example, I turned my Chapter 1 Ramza into a Sword Saint class, the
moveset of that class "Swordplay" having 11 moves. When I use him in
battle, I can only access six of those moves. The same thing occurs when I
turn Ramza into a Celebrant, a Lune Knight, a Templar and other classes
like that. Does this affect solely the Chapter 1 Ramza?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lion Editor 0.147 on Windows XP

You are correct that this affects Chapter 1 Ramza, because his original
skillset
only has 6 action abilities. (Focus, Rush, Stone, Salve, Tailwind, Chant).
The game links "sprite sets" to "primary jobs", so when you set Ramza's job to
another character's primary job (e.g. Orlandeau's Sword Saint), but leave his
spriteset as the old value ("Ramza, chapter 1"), it thinks Ramza's primary job
only
has 6 action abilities. Solutions to this problem are to change Ramza's
spriteset
when you change his job or use FFTPatcher to generate CWCheat codes to give
Ramza's
Squire job more ability slots.
