lioneditor.bin not created #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
lioneditor.bin is supposed to be created but it doesn't appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Lion Editor v0.147 and I'm using a European version, my PSP has a 
system software of 5.50 GEN-D3

Please provide any additional information below.
