And it's not creating the .bin. I also tried to emulate the EU version in the 
recovery but it's not working.

The hook is there and loaded, here's the content of the game.txt file:
ms0:/seplugins/FFTSaveHook.prx 1

FFT is being run in a CSO, not from UMD.
