application error #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug your Memory Stick into your computer or hook up a USB cable between
your PSP and computer
2. Run the LionEditor.exe program
3. Click the "Install plugin to Memory Stick" button at the top right of
the window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- the application opening
- a window pops up with an application error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

us version, 3.71 m33 psp firmware
Please provide any additional information below.

You need to install the .NET 2.0 framework. There is a link on the instructions 
page.
