Character Browser error #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open program
2. Edit>Import Character...
3. Open a War of the Lions file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The file opens and the character roster appears on the left, ready to 
import and copy over.

Instead I get a Character Browser error.  I can either continue running 
without further results or quit the entire program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Current version .138
WinXP, Net 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

How embarassing. Fixed in release v0.147
