Fix dependency-plugin warnings

During mvn verify there are maven-dependency-plugin warnings about Used/Unused declared/undeclared dependencies.

To eliminate them, pom.xml dependencies should be reviewed. Also ignore rules in maven-dependency-plugin configuration should be adjusted.
