Entry (Login) page that asks user to provide additional information (PSU-ID for example) and says that we are connecting with your bank. As example we take dynamic sandbox login page for a consent.

additional information required from ASPSP with PSU-ID centered on the screen
call TPP server for the missing fields and display them on the screen
In Consent UI it is EntryPageComponent with the route locally http://localhost:4200/ais
