Method refactoring and REST Client definitions #5

Aside from small refactorings of OIDCClientRepresentationExtended to avoid underscores in getters and setters, this PR added a REST client definition for clients like Insomnia. As well as comments e.g. on certain codes like ExternalCashAccountType1Code from ISO 20022
