Default runfile - REGAE solenoid, w/ screens - done
default distro generation - ??????

A "basic" distro/runfile for experimenting

"Default" runfile - 2-m long symmetrical field with origin at z=1.5 m, screens at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 m; asymmetric gaussian bunch with etwa 3.5 MeV energy & 1% kinetic energy sigma, no transverse dynamic at start
