Hey, i added debian+derivatives and fedora copypasta friendly dependency install lines

A failure at Travis-CI is not depend on this PR. +1 to merge.

@miurahr I'm not sure what causes the Travis failure, need to have a look at that.

Travis issue was caused by dependency version.

I fails on Vagrant, not sure there's a lot we can do about that.
