Selecting a label is one step too many. "OK" step is not needed. Tapping a label should automatically apply and close the dialog. If I tapped the wrong label by mistake, I can simply go back and select the right one.
Also, I want to suggest moving labels to a pop up from the lower right corner like the additional actions of a floating button. This way it is closer to the selecting thumb.
