Hello,

I am currently using Moq 4.16.1 in my project and would like to use the moq upm package for Unity that supports this current version of Moq. For this small feature request, I would really appreciate your effort if you could bump up the version to 4.16.1 or later.

Hey I'm on vacation and my mac can't handle unity. If you can send a PR I'll be happy to accept! :)
