How to get the UPM database from Linux to Android (Milestone 2) #12

Adrian,

is there a way for me to get a UPM that I have on my notebook (Opensuse 12.1) to my Milestone 2 (Android 2.2)?

I need to do this either via wireless or through the USB.

Thanks,

Paulo André

You certainly can Paulo.

  1. Copy the password db on your laptop to your Milestone's memory card.
  2. Rename the database filename to upm.db.
  3. Start UPM on your Milestone and select "Restore Database". This import's the db on your memory card into the application. (http://upm.sourceforge.net/upm_android_userguide.html#restore)
