Critical exceptions should be thrown for feedback service #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Call Push.feedback() from behind corporate firewall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expected output is CommunicationException thrown back to the calling 
program.  Right now, this exception is being sent to the console with no 
indication back to the calling program that there was an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.1 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
This is similar to Issue 82 which was fixed, except this is for the feedback 
service instead of the other Push payload methods.
