Ukraine and Russian channels (from wiki) don't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add channels from http://code.google.com/p/tv-maxe/wiki/ChannelLists (Ukraine 
and Russian )
2. Try to play

I get just a black screen and nothing else.

version is 0.07 on Ubuntu 12.04. Default channels work fine.

The same channels from VLC players work. Appears to be something wrong with 
TV-MAXE

I think that most of TV-channels in that lists are down. Someone (maybe me, if 
I find some time these days) should rebuild that lists with some working 
streams.

I don't think that the problem with channels. Part of those channels work in 
VLC player but any in TV-MAXE.

Didn't check Russain channels in VLC (in TV-MAXE they don't work too) I was 
checking the Ukraine list in VLC
