What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i click on channel, for eg, BBC News
2.it says loading BBC News
3.and then "this channel seems to be offline and it could be unreachable 
because of your network setting or restriction." is displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I haven't been able to watch any channel except "Muscel TV", when trying to 
load other channel, above message is displayed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm Using TV-MAXE 0.07 on Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

My internet connection is working fine and i think bandwidth is not the problem.

Is a sp-sc-auth problem not tv-maxe.

Same issue in my case. The dropbox link doesn't work. Could anyone tell me 
which version of sopcast fixes the offline channel error?

Same problem here: most channels don't work with the same error message and the 
dropbox link doesn't work. Could you provide us with a new link for that 
sp-auth file please?

What happens when you run:

sp-sc sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/60705 9000 9001

from console? (please use pastebin if the output content is too large)
