audio but no video #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I get audio but no video
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
video.  I see no video

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.10

This happens with every channel? Did you tried to change the media backend?

It happens with every channel.  What is the process to change the media

In the TV-Maxe menu open the Preferences dialog and select another backend from 
"Player settings" section.
