docu for different versions #46

Ideally we have a dropdown where you can choose a specific version like on https://docs.python.org/3/ or different links to differnt versions and the latest is always linked under https://adriandavidauer.github.io/VVAD/latest

This would mean that the docu will only be deployed on a release just like the Python Package
