sql q9 is wrong #6

i think it’s wrong cos they want the 20,30,40 days after each date, not just first date. can refer to nosql q19

doesn't seem to be the case to me from how i'm understanding the question

9) Vaccination Drivers. Specific to Germany, based on each daily new case, 
display the total vaccinations of each available vaccines after 20 days, 30 days, and 40 days.
