when i create a campaign and submit everything work correct but when i go back to thirdweb.com in explorer to see the getCampaign = the campaign was not added on that and when i check console i got this error GET https://thirdweb.com/_next/data/sWUGvxr3fVExHwtSmR7ny/goerli/explorer.json 500
