Try to run "npm audit fix --force" and see if it makes a difference. Aside from that, I am aware of two alternative solutions:

  1. Run in your terminal, "npm install -g npm-check" followed by "npm-check -u" and chose your packages. Also, you could do an "npm audit fix" after that Link to docs

  2. If the first step doesn't work, I would recommend trying to: Delete your package-lock.json Delete your node_modules folder Try npm install again [All the dependencies] Please let me know if you have been able to solve the issue.

It looks like your internet is a bit too slow for npm. Try moving to a different location. Like an office, eatery, or anywhere at all with a strong internet signal. I believe it will run smoothly. I've faced something similar before and that was how i fixed it
