I tried the method step by step from jailbreaking to running the script but im still stuck on activation lock. why is it not working?

Reboot/factory restore/reflash the iphone and try again

did as you said, after connect to iTunes the screen went black. should I run the second script or reflash and start over?

Ran the second script, do i set up manually with wifi or connect to iTunes?
