Altpug seems like a good system (similar to ESEA) but I haven't had a good experience as a EU player. The ireland server are not playable from southern Germany (120 ms) and the one time me and my friends wanted to try out the Netherland server it lagged really bad.
ESEA has a great system and a good skilled player base, but they lost me with the bitcoin scandal and their general douchy behaviour. Also ESEA feels more like a high skilled public game with less communication than even matchmaking. But i think that is more a European problem with everyone talking different languages.
Leetway i played quite some games on, but overall the system has many flaws and they have quite some problems with their german servers. Most games are very one sided because you can stack your team and the trolling is on a similar level like matchmaking. Also i prefer the map voting system like ESEA or Leetway since the games get filled up more quickly.
ESL Versus is different since you play on servers provided by players. This may cause some problems sometimes but most of the time it works. This also does mean that there are no statistics for your games like the other services provide. The skill level is also alot worse than ESEA.
