UPDATE: Add listing for `aligner-golang` to README #77

I've added preliminary support for Go language files to the aligner package. I would love to add that to the list of supported languages in the aligner package readme. Let me know if you need me to make any changes!

Just adds an entry for Go support in the list of available packages that use aligner.
