Feature Request: Assuming files with different extensions can't be dupes

Dupeguru does this and it's one of the primary reasons I often choose it over fdupes, jdupes, etc. It saves a lot of time to not need to scan every file, even when dupeguru otherwise appears to be slower than jdupes.
