Resets the current playback when voice or speed is changed
Unfortunately, the sound quality is severely degraded for playback rates that are not 1x. Very tinny quality. This seems due to OpenAI's API, and not anything related to the audio implementation here.
Perhaps a future enhancement might be to utilize the JS api to change playback speed instead of the API
