I don't know if you'll want to do this or not, but Broxbourne have an
utterly obnoxious ASP.NET application driving their planning stuff which
means that there is no way to provide a direct URL for information or to
comment as the only way to get to those pages is via a POST request.
Attached is a CGI script that will act as a proxy and accept GET requests
for the information or comments page for an application, do the necessary
magic to scrape the page from the Broxbourne site and then return it.
Also attached is a patch for the Broxbourne scraper to make it start
generating URLs that use the proxy.
