Here's a scraper for Christchurch - it's more or less the same as the West
Dorset one so they could be merged with a bit of work.

Need to get something in for the comments url. Either the info url, if it has a 
link
to comments, or an email address to send comments to.

Add comment_url to match info_url as per West Dorset. Also fix typo in info url.
