Links are broken for Richmond results #51

Feed links lead to error pages on the council's site

Expected to land on application details page, and for the link
to contain a valid CASENO argument. CASENO seems to be set to Images for all 
entires.

Council site's html may have changed; will see if I can fix this by updating 
richmond.php.

Would it be possible to confirm that richmond.php in the source tree is 
currently configured as the active scraper for this council?

Result of a local deployment of this file were not as expected.
