Does not work with 1.25.2.5319 #4

I am using this plugin for a long time at it works superb. I recently updated PLEX to the latest version. Before I would upload the movie with subtitles to my NAS, I would hit update Metadata in Plex and after a few moments plugin would generate the UTF8 file.

My issue is, when I hit Update Metadata option, the process is completed in about 5 seconds and nothing happens.

I downloaded the latest plugin version.

Please, could you advice? Thanks a lot!!

Same here. Sadly i cant find in logs anything useful.

Hello guys. Unfortunately the new agents are not compatible with this plugin. Make sure you choose the legacy ones in your libraries and everything should work. Let me know if that does the trick!

I managed to get it working for movies, but it doesnțt seems to work for tv series, no matter which agent I select.

Here are some screenshots with the settings you should have. First is the agents configuration (keep in mind the same order must be replicated on all agents). Then the second and third photos are the configuration of the libraries (movies and then TV series).

I already deleted plex and stop using it ,, because it's unacceptable to me that one of the best players can't play subtitle from any kind ,, I return to the my best player nova video player ,,
