Is the separate mplayer2 project supported? #137

Sorry, this isn't really a bug but more of an state-of-support question... 

Is mplayer2 something you want to support as opposed to default mplayer too?

As in, is that something distributors should allow as alternative depend.

Yes, there is already basic support in 1.0.3 and better support in SVN.
