What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://voicetv.noblecom.biz/iptv.php .Untill today it was working
2. Click on the link above the Windows logo
3. Observe the plugin loading but with no result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For non Bulgarian ISP A short clip With a STOP sigh. Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Opera 9.64 ppc64 Linux
Firefox 3.0.7 ppc Linux
gecko-mediaplayer 0.9.5 + SVN_r293

Please provide any additional information below.
The plugin loads and nothing more. If you look at the source of the web

When I try this site on my machine, I get either a network error or I get a
site that
tells me to "stop"

In Opera there is absolutely no result, the plugin loads and that's it. Even if
you try
to copy the link from the context menu of gnome-mplayer ( the embedded ) the
link is
blank.
In Firefox sometimes the status bar says "Done" or "Waiting for ux.iptv.bg
...". If you
try the same thing (copying the link) again it's blank.

I'm attaching the terminal outputs of each program.

P.S. I'm assuming that it might be something like a cache issue
although deleting /home/emo/.cache/gnome-mplayer/plugin/gecko-mediaplayer* and
browser
cache did not work

I retested this with todays SVN and it takes about 1 minute to load, but it does
eventually work. Status is a little odd at the moment.. My connection is a
little
slow to play that media..
