This is popular site in Brazil.

With Totem plugin start in less 10 seconds.

If you are using version 0.9.8 there are two cache settings. One for the
gnome-mplayer and one for when runnings as a plugin. Open gnome-mplayer, choose
Edit->Preferences and choose the Plugin tab and select a smaller cache value.
