Add support for the VLC plugin mimetype ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit a site that requires the VLC plug-in
example: click "stream into browser" when viewing the VDR LIVE web interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Even though there is a vlc browser plug-in it would be nice to have the
option of having gecko-mediaplayer support it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svn 0.9.8, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Here is a patch to add the basics of playback support.
