Added sendTx method #24

It adds the sendTx method into the EthereumFacade.java and tests on TransactionTest.scala.

@adridadou I've included the new method to send the transaction as we had discussed. Please, take a look and let me know if it is fine then I will update the propeller-scala lib as well. Cheers.
