libsass compilation fails on python 3.11 / macOS 13.4 #16

Hi,

I wanted to try out your plugin and I notice I cannot get it to work on my Macbook. It's probably an upstream issue.

Is there a way to get the plugin working without the libsass dependency?

Wheel has now been uploaded for M1 macs and macOS 14+: https://github.com/sass/libsass-python/issues/450
