Thank you for your message, Ryan!

I'm not sure that the new owner wants to disclose their identity yet.

But I can share the terms we agreed on:

the transfer will only cover the extension’s chrome web store page, and therefore its user base and ratings
the extension’s source code as it is today (on this github repo) remains open source, and can still be used by me and/or other users
