Maybe remove the openvpn config files from repo #10

As I saw in the #9 Pull Request OpenVPN can make some strange stuff like at the end of this commit : 02668bc Also config files are pretty light (less than 1MB grouped) so it's fast to download, I think it would be better to download them at init and to add the vpn_config_files folder content to .gitignore.
