Replace gulp-cache-money for some tasks #23

gulp-cache-money only allows for a single cache. This worked ok when writing and testing each individual image task but doesn't work for the normal gulp runs where the tasks are all run. As a result images are reprocessed each run

Need cache for each of our image tasks.

Gave on caching the image tasks and removed gulp-cache-money.
