Hugo has a lot of new features: Image processing CSS processing Updated live reload ...and more.

Review what features could be dropped from web-starter-hugo. Think about how to manage site updates, especially across multiple sites and on the server (including deployment from git). Consider whether web-starter-hugo needs reworked for bespoke theme development rather than site development per se.
